And a Consolation

When Mr. R. A. Bennett, of Agate’s Lane, Ashtead, Surrey, pulled the lead in Sherman’s Penny Points Pools recently, he had a consolation prize – a kiss from the principal boy, Noele Gordon, in Red Riding Hood at the Adelphi Theatre, London.

– As well as a cheque for £8,393.

Mr. Bennett’s coupon was sent through T.A.D Bough, the solutionist.
